Land Use Secretary Seeking part-time Land Use Secretary to join a dedicated team.
Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in handling multiple tasks and diverse responsibilities.
Position is responsible for providing clerical assistance to the Land Use Administrator.
Specific duties include preparing meeting paperwork, maintaining/updating files, handling Land Use Board applications and maintenance of files, preparation of meeting minutes, agendas and other administrative duties as assigned.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Approximately two evening meetings per month required.
Candidate must live in New Jersey.
